Overview
Finastra Fusion Lending Suite is the commercial lending arm of Finastra's broader banking platform, supporting a wide range of commercial credit products including term loans, working capital facilities, SBA lending, equipment finance, and CRE. As of September 2026, Finastra's website lists its lending products without the Fusion prefix (Finastra Loan IQ, LaserPro, Originate, Mortgagebot, Trade Innovation and Corporate Channels) and does not list a product named Fusion Lending Suite. Finastra has sold or agreed to sell its core banking and treasury businesses. The treasury and capital markets unit, including Fusion Risk, was sold to Apax and relaunched as Teciem in February 2026. The U.S. Phoenix core was sold to CORA Group in June 2026, and the sale of the Universal Banking business, which includes the Essence core, to Pollen Street Capital was announced the same month. Its multi-currency and multi-jurisdiction capabilities make it particularly relevant for banks with international operations or complex commercial lending portfolios.
